The Hancock Chamber Board of Directors is composed of a diverse and experienced group of local business and civic leaders. Benvenutti, CPA                   2010 EO Business Council Ted Longo                                            Merrill Lynch                                        2010 EO Business Incubator EX-OFFICIO BOARD MEMBERS (EO): Chamber Committee Chairpersons are Ex-Officio (non-voting) members of the board. 2010 Board Meeting Schedule January 19 February 23 (change from regular date due to Mardi Gras) March 16 April 20 May 25 (due to Bay Bridge Fest & Partners for Stennis DC Fly-in) June 15 July 20 August 17 September 21 October 19 November 16 December (Date TBD / Holiday Reception / No meeting for full Board;  Executive Committee to meet at 12noon on Tuesday, December 14th) Responsibilities of Chamber Board Members  Attend each regular or special board meeting (normally third Tuesday at 4:00pm) (According to by-laws, must attend a minimum of eight meetings.) Attend and participate in Annual Events (Board compliance training, Gala, Annual Meeting) Attend at least 50% of all Chamber sponsored events such as Membership Meetings, Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings. Attend other community events to promote the Chamber. Commit yourself to bring into the Chamber at least two new members each year. Serve as a Committee Chairman or key committee member on a committee of your choice or as requested by the President. Constitution and By-Laws
