HOW TO ENTER: Each time you attend an official Hancock Chamber meeting or event (does not include board and committee meetings), you may register to enter the chance to win this trip. (Hancock Chamber reserves the right to determine which events and meetings are opportunities to register. Limit one entry per person per event or meeting. To be eligible, you must be a member or member representative in good standing with the Hancock Chamber of Commerce.)

This promotion begins at 11am CT on or about Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at the Hancock Chamber Mid-Year Meeting and State of the County address and runs on through Wednesday, December 9, 2026 at 6pm CT.

All entries must be received by 6pm CT on Wednesday, December 9, 2026. Your entry is not eligible if it is late or illegible.

Employees of the Hancock Chamber of Commerce (Sponsor) and the immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Eligibility is limited to legal residents of the United States.

BELIZE GETAWAY—HANCOCK CHAMBER MEMBER GIVEAWAY PACKAGE for (2) two people valued at $2,500 includes:

  • (4) nights accommodations at Mahogany Hall Luxury Boutique Resort in a Deluxe Suite. To redeem this trip, accommodations need to be reserved at least two weeks in advance. (Dates of trip subject to availability)
  • Relaxing river tubing for two (subjected to weather conditions)
  • One romantic candlelight dinner and a bottle of wine for two.
  • Stipend for airfare up to $1,000 (subject to receipts provided by winner as a reimbursement)
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Trip is valid until November 30, 2027. If reservations are not made by October 1, 2027, the winner forfeits all prize package benefits, which includes airfare stipend.

DRAWING:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries of this promotion: BELIZE GETAWAY—HANCOCK CHAMBER MEMBER GIVEAWAY featuring the Mahogany Hall Luxury Boutique Resort.

The drawing will be held on or about December 9, 2026, and will be conducted by the members of the Hancock Chamber Executive Committee whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received pursuant to this giveaway promotion offer. If a winner cannot accept the giveaway as awarded then he or she forfeits his or her giveaway, and an alternate winner may be selected. If unclaimed the giveaway may not be awarded. The Hancock Chamber of Commerce may, at their sole discretion, change the dates of the drawing. All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the giveaway winner. No substitution or transfer of the giveaway are permitted without Sponsors’ permission or where required by law. Noncash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value, nor may they be sold to a third party. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: 
POTENTIAL give-way winner will be notified by phone or email; a potential winner will be required to claim his or her giveaway package within one week of notification and if no response the winner will have waived any claim to the package, and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting, the this giveaway winner: (a) releases the Hancock Chamber of Commerce and their board and employees, and their affiliated non-profits (Partners for Stennis and the Hancock County Community Development Foundation) and the owners and staff of the Mahogany Hall Luxury Boutique Resort from any action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in any promotion activity or connection with the use of this giveaway; as well as (b) consents to the use by the Hancock Chamber and Mahogany Hall Luxury Boutique Resort for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation where permitted.

All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. If for any reason this give-away is not executed as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, or if this giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this promotion. If this promotion is terminated before the original end date, Sponsor will select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
