2025 BUSINESSES OF THE YEAR — Nominees Announced!
The Hancock Chamber of Commerce has announced the nominees for the 2025 Businesses of
the Year Awards.
“Being nominated is an honor that is well deserved for these businesses,” said Tish Willams, executive director of the Hancock Chamber. “It is our honor to recognize the remarkable impact
and dedication of these outstanding businesses through this nomination process.”

From these nominees, one will be elected by members of the Hancock Chamber of Commerce
as Business of the Year for each City and Hancock County. If elected, the business owners will
receive the prestigious Business of the Year Awards during the 2025 Annual Awards Gala-Salute
to Business & Industry on Thursday, August 28 th at 5:30pm at Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast.
Known as the Academy Awards of Hancock County, the Chamber will literally roll out the red
carpet to recognize all the award recipients who will be honored that evening. The Casino
ballroom will be adorned in red and gold with Oscar décor in place for an evening like no other
to celebrate the 100 th Anniversary of the founding of the Hancock Chamber by the Bay St. Louis Rotary. Stay tuned for more award nominee announcements coming: Nonprofit of the Year,
Industry of the Year, and the Top Ten Outstanding Citizens.
Early registration is strongly encouraged, as the event traditionally sells out. Both seating and
sponsorship opportunities are available at hancockchamber.org.
The Chamber is also accepting contributions for its silent auction to benefit its 501(c)(3)
nonprofit arm, the Hancock County Community Development Foundation, which supports 20
