The Hancock Chamber of Commerce, through its Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee, is preparing to host the 2026 Hancock County Parade of Homes for Sale on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during the annual Arts Alive Festival weekend.

The Relocation Committee, chaired by Aissa Wiggins of John McDonald Realty, recently met to kick off planning for the event, which highlights homes for sale across the Bay–Waveland area and showcases the lifestyle and sense of community that make Hancock County a great place to call home.

This free, self-guided event invites residents, prospective homeowners, and visitors to tour participating properties throughout the county while experiencing the culture, hospitality, and quality of life that continue to attract new residents to the area.

The Historic Depot District in Bay St. Louis will serve as the event’s hospitality hub, where attendees may pick up maps and tour information on Saturday and Sunday before heading out to visit homes on the tour.

Those touring homes may register at each property for a chance to win prize packages valued at more than $2,500, with additional entries earned for every home visited.

Organized by the Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee, the Parade of Homes is part of the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to attract new residents, support local businesses, and promote long-term economic growth throughout Hancock County.
