Registration Deadline: Monday, February 16

Builders, brokers, realtors, law firms and other businesses that serve the real estate industry are invited to participate in the 2026 Hancock County Parade of Homes, set for Sunday, March 22, 11am-4pm, during the ArtsAlive Festival weekend at the Historic Depot in Bay St. Louis.

The Parade of Homes is one of the region’s premier open-house events, drawing buyers and prospective relocators to tour homes for sale throughout Hancock County. Sponsorship and participation provide high-visibility exposure to an engaged audience actively exploring housing options — including event marketing online, in print, on social media, and in broadcast promotions.

The deadline to sign up and submit home listings is Monday, February 16. Only sponsors may showcase homes on the tour. Businesses that serve the real estate market — such as lenders, builders’ suppliers, landscapers, interior professionals, and service providers — are encouraged to join as sponsors and affiliate with participating builders, brokers, or Realtors to showcase their products and services.

To be included on the event map and online listings, participants should send a photo of each home, the listing link, and their company logo to mary@hancockchamber.org by February 16.

Businesses that aren’t yet Chamber members can participate through a sponsorship option that includes membership benefits for the year.
