Bay St. Louis, Miss. — Residents and visitors are invited to experience a weekend celebrating art, culture, and coastal living as two of Hancock County’s signature events return March 21–22: the ArtsAlive! Festival and the Hancock County Parade of Homes.
The Arts Alive Festival, presented by The Arts, Hancock County, will take place Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 22 from noon to 5 p.m. in the Depot Arts District in Bay St. Louis. The free, family-friendly festival will feature regional artists, live music, food vendors, and interactive art experiences for all ages.
Centered around the historic L&N Train Depot and surrounding streets in Old Town Bay St. Louis, Arts Alive celebrates the vibrant creative community of Hancock County and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Visitors will have the opportunity to view and purchase original artwork, enjoy live performances, and participate in hands-on art activities throughout the weekend.
Complementing the festival weekend, the Hancock County Parade of Homes will take place Sunday, March 22 only, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hosted by the Hancock Chamber of Commerce, the free, self-guided tour will feature homes for sale throughout Hancock County, highlighting both new construction and established properties.
The Parade of Homes offers attendees the opportunity to explore a variety of homes, neighborhoods, and architectural styles while meeting builders, real estate professionals, and industry partners. The event is designed for prospective homebuyers, residents considering renovations, and anyone interested in learning more about living in Hancock County.
The Historic L&N Train Depot in Bay St. Louis will serve as headquarters for both events, where visitors can pick up the official ArtsAlive! festival guide and the Hancock County Parade of Homes tour map.
Together, the two events provide a unique opportunity to experience the culture, creativity, and quality of life that make Hancock County one of the Gulf Coast’s most desirable places to live and visit.
